    Did you know we offer Free Weekly Tuesday Community NADA Acupuncture at our office 7071 Convoy Ct Suite 101 San Diego, Ca 92111. This is a resource for anyone in the community experiencing grief or wanting to try a holistic modalities to reset the nervous system. Our upcoming student internships with @pacificcollegeedu starts on May 14th. We have 10 appointment time slots available each week at 1:15pm and are taking reservations now. Our conference room is turned into a spa like setting with dim lighting and chairs are placed in a circle. Once each person sits comfortable and ears seeds and needles are placed @dr.amymarie leads a meditation.     At a Death Cafe, people—often strangers—come together to enjoy treats, sip tea, and openly discuss death. Our goal is to encourage greater awareness of death, helping us all to live more fully in the time we have.

    We’re creating a warm, welcoming space where you can engage in meaningful conversations about a subject that, while often considered taboo, connects us all. Whether you’ve faced death personally or are simply curious about your own mortality, you’ll find authentic, lively discussions with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

    Our gatherings are led by volunteer facilitators, with the aim of fostering positive, thoughtful dialogue within a supportive community. By coming together as a community, we forge meaningful connections that honor our shared curiosity about death.

    At a Death Cafe, people, often strangers, gather to eat treats, drink tea and discuss death. Our objective is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.

    We are creating an inviting, safe space to share the heartfelt experience of diving into a taboo topic which unites us all. Whether you've experienced death first hand or you're exploring your mortality, you can expect authentic, engaging and lively conversation with people from all walks of life.

    Our discussion groups are hosted by volunteer facilitators and the intention is to foster positive conversation within a like-minded community. Please be mindful and respectful of others. Remember, this is a discussion led by you. We want to hear as many voices as possible.

    Join us for an afternoon of community, connection and curiosity as we explore our individual death-style and map out our end-of-life plans. What's a death-style? Just like we all have our own individual lifestyle, our death-style reflects our personal wishes for our end-of-life plans. From documenting your medical preferences to what you'd like to be wearing at your final farewell, each month we'll tackle 2 new topics in a safe, friendly setting. Within a few months you'll have a comprehensive guide for your individual end-of-life plans which can foster a personal sense of peace and create the space for your loved ones to grieve your loss rather than sort through paperwork, close accounts and try to guess what type of ceremony or celebration you would have liked.

    Experiencing grief? Come check out our Free Monthly Sound Experience with Topkare Hospice’s Bereavement & Volunteer Coordinator Rebekah Finn @harmoniumdeathdoula hosts Free Monthly Sound Experiences for Grief at our office location 7071 Convoy Court Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92111 the last Wednesday of each month from 5:30pm-6:30pm. She plays instruments she’s collected throughout her global travels and honors wherever you are on your grief journey. Participants can be who they are and experience for themselves how the vibrations make them feel. We acknowledge grief is an individualized and human experience. Instruments may include: harmonium, shruti box, buffalo drum, deer drum, bells, shaker, chapaka, therapeutic infinity harp, ocean drum, swing chime, crystal sound bowls, and wooden koshi chimes.

    Join us for an evening of remembrance as we share stories of love, loss and hope for those we are grieving. This event is an 'open mic' night style gathering where you'll have the opportunity to share a short story in remembrance of someone or something that has died. We'll have hot tea, a tasty treat, and lots of Kleenex on hand 💗

    Here are the details:

    Bring a photo of a person, pet or thing that you are grieving.

    Share a short story with our community (optional).

    Stories to be shared should be about 2 minutes.
